Delicious shortbread, suitable for any occasion.

Simple to prepare and very nice to see.


Recipe: Easy



– 180 gr. Flour

– 70 gr. sugar

– 140 gr. Soy butter

– 30 gr. Apricot jam



In a bowl mix the FLOUR, SUGAR and BUTTER.

Form a ball, cover with plastic wrap and place in the fridge for at least an hour.

Once the time is up, take the dough and form a sausage with a diameter of about 4 to 5 cm. Cut it into slices of about 1 cm and then form balls to put in a baking tray.

Form small  dimples in the center of each ball and place them in a preheated oven at 170 ° C (356°F) for 20 minutes.

Remove the shortbread from the oven and let them cool; then fill the center with apricot jam using the sac a poche (icing bag) or a teaspoon.


  • These shortbread are excellent with any jam.
  • Try them also with a Cocoa and Hazelnut Cream. Delicious!
