Taking inspiration from the famous Indian recipe, today I propose an original and very fresh version of the Mango Lassi.

Recipe: Easy


– 400 gr. Mango
– 250 gr. Orange juice
– 70 gr. Rice syrup
– 500 gr. Soy yogurt
– 250 gr. water
– 250 gr. Ice



Blend the MANGO with the ORANGE JUICE and the RICE SYRUP and place in the Fridge.

Blend the SOYA YOGURT, WATER and ICE, and add them to the Mango pulp.

Blend again for at least two minutes and then serve very fresh.



  • To add a special note, try it with a pinch of ground black pepper.
