Today I share a very tasty and simple recipe.
x 6 PEOPLE
– 500 gr. Spaghetti
– 1 Avocado
– 1 Bunch of wild Hop Buds
– 10 Clover Flowers
– Olive Oil
– 5 tablespoons of cooking water
– 1 Clove of Garlic
– White Pepper
– Salt to taste
– Sesame seeds
– Food Yeast in Flakes
Steam the WILD HOP BUDS for at least 15 minutes. Stir them in a pan with OIL, GARLIC, SESAME SEEDS, PAPRIKA, OREGANO, PEPPER and SALT and let them go for at least 5 minutes. Add the CLOVER FLOWERS with the heat off, stirring gently to flavor them.
Meanwhile cook the SPAGHETTI in plenty of salted water.
Blend the AVOCADO with COOKING WATER (if necessary add a little OIL) until a soft sauce is obtained.
Once the Spaghetti is cooked, season with the Avocado Sauce first and then with the Wild Hop Buds. Adjust the taste by adding some FOOD YEAST in flakes.
- Various spices and herbs can be used depending on availability and personal tastes.
