A perfect sweet for an healthy and nutritious breakfast.

  • 200 grams type 2 flour
  • 70 grams spelled flour type 1
  • 130 grams coconut sugar
  • 18 grams baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 100 grams chopped dark chocolate
  • 100 grams corn seed oil
  • 220 grams almonf milk

Preheat the oven to 170°C (338°F).

Combine all the dry ingredients (but chocolate).

Make an emulsion with oil and milk and pour it into dry ingredients mixing bowl, stirring with a whisk until the mixture becomes smooth.

Add the chopped dark chocolate.

Pour the batter into a plumcake pan lined with parchment paper.

Bake it at 170°C (338°F) for about 45 minutes. Worth the toothpick test.

Let the plumcake cool once cooked.
