The “Cucinotto” kitchen is filling up with the very first Strawberries of the year and I would like to share with you this super simple and quick recipe, which will allow you to enrich your desserts and, why not, also some savory dish.

Recipe: Very Easy


– 200gr. strawberries

– 30 gr. water

– 5 gr. Lemon juice

– 60 gr. Raw Cane Sugar



Blend Strawberries and lemon juice.

In a saucepan, melt the SUGAR with WATER. When the sugar has melted, add the blended STRAWBERRIES and LEMON JUICE.

Bring the sauce to boil and continue to boil about 3 minutes.



The sauce may be kept in the fridge for 2/3 days in an airtight box.
