Ingredients x 4 people
– 300 gr. Durum wheat flour
– 200 gr. water
– Turmeric (half teaspoon)
Place the DURUM WHEAT FLOUR and TURMERIC into a bowl; then add the WATER, stirring with a fork. As soon as the flour has absorbed the water, begin to work the dough with your hands until you get a smooth and consistent structure.
Cover with plastic wrap and leave the mixture to rest for at least a couple of hours.
Using a little flour, roll out the dough through the roller, rotating the dial each time to make the pasta sheet thinner. Ensure your dough has enough flour so that it doesn’t stick to your roll. When the pasta sheet is enough thin, cut it into the desired format.
