150 gr. Flour

70 gr. sugar

30 gr. Corn seed oil

60 gr. Soya milk

60 gr. almonds

7 gr. Baking powder

Soya milk (to brush the mixture)

Pour all the ingredients into a bowl (FLOUR, SUGAR, CORN OIL, SOY MILK, WHOLE ALMONDS and BAKING POWDER) and knead until the mixture is homogeneous and compact.

Divide the dough into two equal parts and roll out two loaves.

Preheat the oven to 170°C (338°F).

Put the two loaves on a sweet baking sheet lined with parchment paper, taking care to brush them with VEGETABLE MILK.

Bake at 170°C (338°F) for about 30 minutes.

After the time, remove the loaves from the oven and cut them into cross slices.

Bake again for about ten minutes.
